Returns
Bluebird Designs strive to ensure you are happy. If something isn’t right, let us know. We can exchange your garment/s and it’s free to exchange the same item for a different size based on stock availability.
We refund garment/s if returned within 14 days of receiving your order. If it is not possible to have the garment returned by 14 days please call us to register the return.
The garments must be in new condition and still have the original tags attached.
Your receipt or proof of purchase must be presented at the time of any refund or exchange.
If you have any further enquiries regarding refunds or exchange please contact us.
You will be contacted within 10 days when the exchange or refund is complete.
Security
Bluebird Designs has created a secure transaction environment. We use secure servers and industry standard data encryption whenever we are receiving or transferring your information online. We take our security seriously, and have taken steps to ensure your personal information is secure. We accept no responsibility for any loss, misuse, unauthorised access or disclosure, alteration or destruction of personal information which you submit to us.
Bluebird Designs do not store or transmit credit card details. To complete your transaction you will be directed to the ANZ eGate payment authentication page to enter your credit card details. Any transaction will be encrypted using SSL standard, thus making it impossible to read even if this information was access.
We will never rent, trade or sell your personal information to others.
Shipping
Standard Delivery please allow up to 5 -7 working days for metro and country areas from receipt of payment. Note rural areas can take up to 10 days. The cost is $10.00.
A signature may be required on delivery, so please provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your goods. A work address is often a good option. If no one is available to sign for the goods, the parcel will be delivered to your local post office for pick up.
Priority Delivery please allow 2 working days for metro and country areas from receipt of payment. Note rural areas can take up to 10 days. The cost is $15.00.

Orders made for an Australian address over $200 complimentary priority delivery will be sent so please allow 2 working days.
If you are doing a bulk order shipping charges may vary. We will quote you prior to confirming your order.
